We headed down to my Grandmothers 98th birthday then snuck off to do some fishing. Our usual places were not producing so I had to dig deep in my secret locations to remember this spot. We checked and fished 3 other places until we stayed here and made this one the one. When we arrived dolphins were feeding under the pier and pelicans were everywhere. Not too hard to tell that fish were feeding close by. It was raining, windy and 37 degrees but we sill managed this monster. 46" and approximately 55-60 pounds. The fish fought hard with the outgoing current even with big gear. Whole live crab for bait. We also caught a 38" BU.
